Tallinn English College Debating Club is pleased to invite you to the 5th annual English College Open tournament which will be held in Tallinn, Estonia from Friday to Sunday, 29-31 January, 2016. It is organised by the Tallinn English College Debating Club which is the oldest in Estonia and played an important role in the birth of Estonian Debating Movement. During previous years, the tournament has involved participants from Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.

We are very pleased to announce that Anna England-Kerr from England, Jana Gilke from Germany and Karin Kase from Estonia will be joining us on the Chief Adjudication Panel this year! The Patron of the tournament is the British Ambassador to Estonia, Christopher Holtby.

In addition to the 6-round tournament, we will also have educational workshops on Friday for debaters, adjudicators and coaches. Workshops will be related to the themes of the prepared motions and will be announced in due course.
