Teams are welcome to participate if they consist of either two beginners or one beginner and one advanced debater.
A beginner is someone who has debated in the BP (British Parliamentary) format for less than a year and has not broken into the finals at any BP tournament.
Participation Fee:
Debate Society members: €15. If you also participate in the Estonian- or Russian-language tournament on November 8, the total fee for both tournaments is €25.
Non-members: €18. Participation in both tournaments costs €30.
